A KKR-led consortium is nearing a deal to acquire ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, valuing the company at over $10 billion, according to a report by the Wall Street Journal.
The U.S. firm will hold a 75% stake in the data-center operator, with Singtel owning the remainder.
